I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

the best thing you can do is eat balanced balance your protein and carbohydrate intake, like have some chicken with veggies and drink LOTS of water. you could try the grazing technique so you eat about every 2 hours a small portion of food all day, so it's about 6-8 times a day, you could have dried fruit and nuts as one portion. you'd be surprised how fast that works and its healthy. the WORST thing you can do is not eat, then your body doesn't know when it's next food source is coming so it holds on to every thing, and you gain weight in the end!
ALSO if you are breast feeding you tend to lose weight faster.
and of course exercise even if your just taking your baby for a 1/2 hr walk a day or some thing.
hope that helps :-)

it truly is in all risk nonetheless in basic terms infant fat, yet you need to help your self out by potential of eating sensibly, no longer snacking between food, and exercising a minimum of thrice a week for 20-30 minutes an afternoon. And it would not would desire to be boring exercising at a gymnasium, the two- take your twins to a park and chase them around and play tag for a at an identical time as, or purchase a strolling stroller and taking your infant for a jog quite than in easy terms a walk around the community. That way you get to spend high quality bonding time along with your little ones at an identical time as burning energy!

Go jogging, do some crunches (they work great), do jumping jacks, just exercise. It is a lot easier to lose "baby fat" right after you have the baby. If you wait too long, it will be a lot harder to lose.

No white flour, no white sugar, no white rice - lots of water. Be sure to take your vitamins and include low-sugar yogurt in your diet. Suggestion only, not medical advice.
