Before you get yourself involved in a situation pertaining to family; know what you're saying and gather facts first! Don't just assume this family member is up to no good; he may have his own legit reasons for not wanting anyone to know his where-abouts, maybe he has a job in Chicago and is not sure if it's going to work out, therefore, he may be just waiting until he knows for certain if he's going to stick it out! If you're truly worried about this family member and you're thinking of speaking to other family members about his business, question him first and let him know you're concerned, ask him to be straight up with you if what he's doing in Chicago is on the up & up! He may tell you what's going on or he may not! But think seriously first before getting involved in family situations! Good Luck!

I can understand your concern for your family member, especially if you feel he is doing something illegal in order to get his money. That being said, you still need to mind your own business. If he gets in trouble with the law for breaking it, he is the one who has to serve the time, not you. It is your choice as to whether or not to visit him or send him money in jail, but there is no law saying you have to do so either. Unless his actions directly effect you, keep your eyes, nose, and ears out of what he does.

First off, tell him. Tell him you know he's lying, and are suspicious about how he's getting his money. You're not his mother so there's not much you can do. It's really none of your business what he does or where he goes, but distance yourself from this person. You don't need to be drawn into his drama.

1) He has the right to privacy. Leave him alone

2) I wouldn't get into any business dealings with him, lend him money or let him store things at your house. If he objects, you have the same rights of privacy he has, tell him that it's your life, you don't have to explain and if he doesn't respect it then you know for certain something is wrong and whatever you do, for your best interests, stick to your guns and say no, tell him to leave if necessary.

Unless you are married to this relative, stay away from him. This sounds as if he is doing something illegal. You don't want to be too close to him when his enemies close in. And, if you are married to him, hire a lawyer and ask this question and ask what to do. You don't want to be envolved in drug dealing or anything else illegal, so you need to find out what's going on only if you are his wife.

Sounds dangerous to get involved. I'd have to say it looks like drug dealing, but I suppose it could be a number of things. A private investigator might be the way to go, but I think I'd opt to stay out of it.

You know he is doing wrong. The only thing you can do is talk to him as a friend and let him know you are concerned. If he does not change---Stay AWAY--- If he is doing illegal things then you don't want to be around that. Police don't care when criminals are at when they are wanted. They'll got to your mother house, cousin's grandmas, in laws, etc. just to arrest them. Be careful.

Dont get yourself involved with this person. They are doing something you dont want to get into. The best thing you can do is keep away from them. Because whatever they are doing. they will get caught and you dont want to be with them. If they were liveing in my home, I would make them leave. They may be bringing drugs or something into your home. Make them move out or you leave befor it is too late.

He's probably doing something illegall that you wouldnt even think of. Like selling drugs, robbing, having sex for money, solicting minors for sex. There are plenty of illegal ways to make money. Stay away from him and tell the police that you suspect he's doing something illegal. You'll be able to remain anonymous. Just stay away from him.
