can i return to take care of my affairs / house /cars /wife / kids / i don`t want to live there any more . there`s just some things you can`t do by fax / phone I was deported for attemped poss of pot less than an oz. in case you wanted to know

You have to wait 10 years I think I think it depends on your situation. Your wife can make a petition for you if you are not a citizen I guess.

you don't want to live here anymore THEN stay the fu*k out its 10 yrs before you can apply again get real attempted posession will not get you deported give power of atttorney to your wife she can dispose all your personal property

it depends the reason normally you are banned from 1 to 10 years. (of course legally)
hey man, there is other beautyfull countries. dont get crazy about this one.
i reccomend enjoy your life close to your family, that has more value that everything you can get here.

You can try to run over the boarder from either Mexico, or Canada, but don't get caught.
