try "Dr Scholls" found at chemists / drugstores etc...

try the ones that are only sized to the heels/part arch, with a soft cushion effect

or see your podiatrist (feet Dr who will mould feet inserts) or chiropractor (spinal) for advise, because the last thing you want to do is send your spine, pelvis etc out of wack.

these guys can see the effects of changes to your body if you make small adjustments.

Also remember, when you get these inserts, wear for a few hours a day for your body to adjust slowly rather than instantaneously.

you will find by the end of the day that you either hurt in the back (upper or lower) or legs (calves or heels) slightly, but its just your body calling out to the minor adjustments you're trying to set it!

best thing to do is go to the foot doctor, they can make you inserts for your shoes that are made exactly for your feet and will help correct your problem.
