explain to me why that even with all the evidence and logical explanations some ppl still believes in the stories in the bible. even if god did exist(which i doubt), why not see the reality...why choose the easy option of saying that he did that or he can do the impossible, why not squeeze your brains to get the logical thread about things and find the sense and meaning of things.why?

Logically, the Bible correctly predicted the start of the signs of the last days and the second presence of Christ, to begin in 1914. Of course, only one person noticed it back in 1885, Charles Russell. He didn't predict that WWI would start in 1914, merely the the numbers in the Bible added up to these events would begin taking place in that year. So, how did a bunch of Bible stories from 2000+ years ago, come up with that?

Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, no matter how much we personally disagree. I'm an atheist, because it makes sense to me, but if it makes someone feel better to believe that there's a giant, invisible god watching out for them, then what's the harm?
Some people need the security of that, and that's fine by me. I just get pissed off when they start putting my beliefs down. If we could all be more accepting, the world would be a much better place...

1st off, God exist's in Eternity, beyond time, before time, Time itself was created by god for us as he does not need it, now, that answers a question I know you will ask in response to a question that I will ask now.
Can you provide tetable evidence of the "Big bang"? with testable evidence that I can physically test and examine in my hands from nothingness, I dont want theories or excuses why you cant, you either do it right here and right now or you lose, now if that is unpallatable, then I am truely sorry.
