You'll have to remove the system from your car which is where i assume it is considering where you posted this question, then remove covers from the system and try to remove cd that way. Hope this works for you =)

depending on tthe stereo but in a jvc or maybe any other one.... take off the faceplate and then unscrew that black thing behind the faceplate and then push the 2 white thins out to each side and pull the cd out...

Depending on a vehicle, it could be as complex as having a shop take out your CD unit and send it in for service. Sequoia JBL changers are notorious for eating your CDs, for example.

sometimes it happens to mine try putting another cd in as well gently this usually frees it up and they both come out.
