None. They bid the job out to the electrical contractor. The electrical contractor will then provide all required drawings in accordance with where and how bright the light bulb should be, and the architect will by then have changed their designs and all provided information will be void and the electrical contractor will just ignore the fact and install whatever the hell and wherever the hell light bulb he fancies at the time when he out on site getting drunk and using heavy machinery with all of the other subcontractors that are involved in the building process.
