I tested positive for cocaine after having been intimate w/ someone who used. I did not use. Is it possible that if he had some on his hands or in his saliva, that he could have passed it on to me unknowingly? I really need some help w/ this! I am in a lot of trouble & may even be placed in rehab because of this.

There is no way that it can be passed through saliva or sweat, maybe it was slipped into your drink and you did not know it. Thats the only way I could see having a positive test without using.

Wow. How can you be in a lot of trouble.....unless you have been using? Come on now. You're trying to make an excuse by saying that you kissed or had sex with someone who was on Coke. Such BS!

Sounds to me like you really NEED to go to rehab. They don't just send you there for kissing someone on cocaine.

I highly doubt it- you may have had a false positve result- maybe you tested positive for a differnet type of drug and are not aware-now if someone was smoking and you inhaled- or breathed- you could test positive- I used to do drug screens- take care -D

If he had cocaine on his skin, like actual powder on his skin and you licked it then yes. If not then no, cocaine is not contagious. But if he powdered himself with it for whatever reason that may be the answer
