No. Good grief. So you use a cpap machine. That doesn't make you disabled.

Being on a CPap machine does not even begin to qualify you for S.S. That is for people that are disabled and can not work. So better luck next time. You will need a better excuse then that to sit on your butt all day long and collect money.

Social Security disability is very difficult to analyze regardless of your disability. It doesn't matter what you have, it's what you can prove and then it is totally up to the Administration process and Judge to determine if it is totally incapacitating and if there is some light sedementary work that you can do...don't even apply.

If it prevents you from working & holding a job. But remember SS disability will deny everyone twice. Contact a lawyer that specializes in SS disability to get a heads up, also see your doctor. SS will send you to their doctors as well at no cost to you. It can take up to a year to get your benefits if you qualify, but you will get back pay from the date you first apply for benefits.
