Me! I love my new job, most of the people there are happy and cheery!
I have been depressed in my life, I know what it is to not have anything to look forward to. I am single, never had kids, and my parents are dead, the rest of their family is dead, or do not keep in contact with me. I have a few fair weather friends.
You have to make your life yourself, no one is gonna do it for you. Go out and find something to laugh about, something to look forward to, even if it is something like a TV show, or a new book to read.
It is a beautiful day here, I have to go to the dentist, infected tooth, but after that, I'm going shopping, and then go play in the yard on my riding mower.
Go for a walk, get some sunshine on your face, go for a drive, and see the changing seasons, sorry if you live in eternal summer. Find a craft to do, I make jewely, among other crafts, and I like that.

Me! I'm happy. But I wasnt on Monday.
My week started out I was not going to have enough money to pay my bills this month. I had a miss calculation in my checking.
So amidst tears I said a prayer and asked for help. (This isnt uncommon for me to pray so dont think it was a last ditch effort).
I left it at that knowing that it was in Gods hands.
Later that day I got a call from the bank I had applied to refinance my car with. She wanted to ask me some questions. After answering them she told me that the interest rate they were going to give me would be 5.65%. (What I have with the current bank was 11.4%) I was amazed.
Then I asked her when they would send the payoff to my current lender becuase I needed to know if I was going to have to pay both places this month. She said that not only was their check going out to pay off the other lender in time but I didnt have to pay them until November 5th. At which point I lost it and started crying, tears of joy of course. My prayer had been answered right then. Well here it is Friday and I went in to sign the documents and afterwards they handed me a $50.00 gift card for gas, which covers one more expense this month.
So not only did I get my prayers answered but I got more than I had asked for.
So Im not going to preach to you but if your down maybe you should try a prayer. This isnt the first time Ive prayed and had such a responce and Im sure it wont be the last.
Hope this gives you some hope and cheers you up.
And always be happy to be alive.

Very easy question. Cheer up, think about positive and unique things about yourself. Refuse to be discouraged see yourself as the happiest person, talk to friend often to take your mind off displeasures. Think less and see the future as tailor-made for you.
Think big. Pray if u believe in God. Nobody cheers u up better than your inner self, be confident and optimistic about the future.I am very happy- not alcoholic or induced. happiness is psychological and divine.

Sure you have plenty to look forward to. You can see, smell, taste and feel right? You woke up this moring that is enough right there. Be thankful for what you have instead of focusing on what you dont have. Life is short dont spend it feeling sorry for yourself. Go out and make someone elses day and you will be surprized at the effect it may cause.

right now, not really because someone was bad enough to be rude on the phone. but in general, my life is good. i don't want to judge my whole life's goodness just because of one bad thing.
happiness is a state of mind so you don't need people cheering you up. it may help, yes but in the end, it's you who'll decide whether you'd like to be happy or not.

Happy when? I don't think anyone is always happy, but I usually am. Life is good for the most part, don't dwell on the negative. Trasition and moving on are the keys to life. If something makes you stumble, pick yourself up. No one else will do it.

you're alive aren't you!! That in and of itself should be enough to make you happy!! The first step to being happy in your case sounds like you just need to change your mindset and not be so down on yourself.

I'm happy, because I'm alive, i have a roof over my head, I have people who love me, I have food, drink and clothes on my back... maybe you should take a moment to reflect on all you take for granted..
