In His body in Heaven. He rose from the dead and 40 days later ascended into heaven body and soul.

Jesus is not dead so his bones are not going to be found. Jesus was resurrected on the third day.

John 20 (New Living Translation)

The Resurrection
1Early Sunday morning,[a] while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance. 2She ran and found Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved. She said, "They have taken the Lord's body out of the tomb, and I don't know where they have put him!"

3Peter and the other disciple ran to the tomb to see. 4The other disciple outran Peter and got there first. 5He stooped and looked in and saw the linen cloth lying there, but he didn't go in. 6Then Simon Peter arrived and went inside. He also noticed the linen wrappings lying there, 7while the cloth that had covered Jesus' head was folded up and lying to the side. 8Then the other disciple also went in, and he saw and believed-- 9for until then they hadn't realized that the Scriptures said he would rise from the dead. 10Then they went home.

Luke 24:38-40 (New King James Version)

38 And He said to them, “Why are you troubled? And why do doubts arise in your hearts? 39 Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have.”
40 When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet.[a]

Ephesians 5:30
For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones.

He is risen!

(Matthew 28:6-7) - "He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said. Come, see the place where He was lying. 7"And go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead; and behold, He is going before you into Galilee, there you will see Him; behold, I have told you."

(Mark 16:6-7) - "And he *said to them, "Do not be amazed; you are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen; He is not here; behold, here is the place where they laid Him. 7"But go, tell His disciples and Peter, ‘He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, just as He said to you.’"

(Luke 24:5-7) - "and as the women were terrified and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, "Why do you seek the living One among the dead? 6"He is not here, but He has risen. Remember how He spoke to you while He was still in Galilee, 7saying that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again."

(John 20:13) - "And they *said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She *said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid Him."

It's simple A -> B and B -> C implies A -> C. Jesus' bones are mostly calcium. Cow's milk is mostly calcium. Therefor Jesus' bones are in cow's milk. I'm not sure if you have cows milk in your butt.

Nowhere. He was resurrected bodily as well as spiritually to show His power of death, hell and the grave. I imagine one could go to His tomb, and barring some sort of earthly law or something, they'll find it just as empty as it was three days after His death almost 2,000 years ago.

if they are with him in heaven as some have suggested ... this would also suggest that heaven is a place for physical beings and not spiritual
there is a theory that Jesus did survive and his remains are in tibet .. there is a tomb of someone who shows similar markings to one who would have been crucified
