This is what I came up with for ancient Greek - however, the three letters you describe sound like these: θης (theta, eta, final sigma) and they do not match up.
βίος - life (bios)
έζησα - live (ezasa)
Modern Greek:
ζωή, βίος (life)
ζω, κατοικώ, διαμένω, ζωντανός, ζωηρός (live)

the greek word for live, or life, is zoi (how you would pronounce it) It is spelled zwn in greek (or the equivalent letters in the greek alphabet, i cant get the symbols on here).
live is just a variation of life, so it would be , "I Live", Ego Zo (Pronounced exactly as its spelled, but it is spelled Egw zw, where the w are pronounced as o's )
hope this helps!
if you need more help, feel free to email me.

The word "live" can have many meanings in English, all of which can have different words in Greek. Live can mean reside, be alive, survive, exist, or even live as in "live broadcast".
Which meaning did you have in mind? Can you use it in a sentence?

and hebrew starts off with alef & bais (or wager) and hebrew predates greek by a minimum of a millenia. So jointly as the proximate derivation of the know-how could be from the greek, the greek is derived from the Hebrew.
