I do and I have. I saw one in my old apartment and it attacked me. I was laying in bed with my boyfriend (husband now) and looked to my right and there it was. It hadon a cloak and holes where its eyes were. I had been taught that in Jesus name deoms shall flee so that is what I tried to s ay, but the demon wouldn't allow it. It was almost as if as he was holding my voice box. He jumped on me and finaly I said,"Keith,"barely a whisper and the demon was gone. Tell me if anything has happened to you or if I am crazy!

Yes and Yes. I understand the position the demon took.

Yes the name of Jesus is powerful over demons, when you have the authority to use the name of Jesus they will do whatever they can to keep you from uttering the precious name of Jesus.

However, many people use the name of Jesus and it holds no power because of the condition of their heart, this is found in Acts 19. when a person used the name of Jesus to cast out a demon but had not chosen salvation through Christ, this is how the evil spirit replied in verse 15...The evil spirit answered them, "Jesus I know, and Paul I recognize--but who are you?"...After the question was asked the evil spirit turned and attacked them.

I highly suggest that you listen to Bill Wiese testimony, "23 minutes of Hell" His testimony can be watched online at the site below, just arrow down and press play when you see his face and the video.

I keep an Audio Bible reading aloud all day and night in my home, on a low volume instead of elevator music. Not for this reason but to keep His fresh in our mind and the word is our powerful weapon. (There is power in the word)

Hi Robyn,

I am so afraid that you'll get a landslide of derisive comments on this one!

My serious answer is that you are not crazy. I have to be honest and tell you that I am not religious. I believe in God but reject religious authority and conditioning.

I cannot explain your experience, just realize that the mind is a very powerful tool and can be quite convincing. Hallucinations can be powerful and are not all that uncommon so don't rule that out.

I can guess why the apparition left when you mentioned your husband's name. Fear/hate cannot exist in the same place as Love.

Keep love in your heart and stay on the path of kindness. Don't let this frighten you. Fear leads to bad things.

They are real, I haven't heard any stories of a physical manifestation as you describe, but possessions and all that are very real. They are more seen in some 3rd world countries that have massive voodoo communities.
As to why you couldn't speak?? You say you were laying in bed with your boyfriend. I assume that to mean you were fornicating, which is a sin. If you are not connected with Jesus, using His name has no power. The demon knew that. There is a story in the Bible of some men trying to cast out demons "in the name of Jesus who Paul preaches" The demons said "We know Jesus and we know Paul, but who are you?" There is only power when you are really connected with the LORD.

I saw a demon that was unlike anything created by special effects. It had long fangs and bit me playfully. In the morning I had two marks on my forearm. I have been bitten by a cat who nipped at me before and that is kind of what it felt like. Then I realized this demon didn't love me they were created to torture the body in hell. This thing wants to shatter my bones and rip my appendages off and peal my skin off my body.

If it happens to you again spell...J E S U S!

You weren't doing anything sinful with your boyfriend were you.

If so that might have been why you couldn't call on Jesus to help you, but still you should have been able to ask for help without a voice.

Thats scary. I hope you do believe in Jesus for real and not just that you were taught that and never went any farther.

demons do not exist physically.... if you believe in demons ... then you will see demons..... there is nothing outside your body.... your mind makes an image ..... usually something from what you have seen physically..... why did the demon you see had a cloak and holes ofr the eyes.... why didnt it look like a large wolf ? the answer is within you.... the reason why you could be imagining demons is because your nervous system must be stressed..... try and think of happy things .... and you will see the opposite of demons .......

there are mysterious happenings which no one can explain and this is one of them. just glad all worked out for the best and everyone is OK. this may be why there are many who have dream catchers, crosses along with other Sacred Objects in ones home. not that these objects will protect them but what Power behind the objects will.

It sounds like you might have sleep paralysis. THis is a fairly common phenomenon and people often report awful feelings and sensations while experiencing it. Many who claim to have been abducted by aliens have been found to suffer from this.

Hmmm..I think I would have been in a psych ward if that happened to me. How did you remain sane. I mean, c'mon, a fuking DEMON with a fashion statement. I'd be mentally ill thereafter.
