My brother is turning 11 later this month. I really dont know what to get him. He is really into sports and video games...But I am working with a budget of $25 or less...so lemme know what yall think!

a gift card to a store he likes...maybe like sports authority or wal-mart so he can buy video games.

Take your little brother out for a day. Take him to breakfast or something, and keep him with you all day and include him in everything you do. Sometimes just spending time with someone and making them feel like they are more important than the other things in your life is so much better than a store-bought gift.

Well save up all the money you can get him a football,baseball and bat ect or get him a jersey of his favoret sport or if you have the money do both ( and if you have any money left over get yourself a jeresy to match his he'll think it's cool )
