1 14oz. can of sweetend condenced milk
1 cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream

We use to make this drink for New Year's--you put some Bailey's and Kahlua in blender with some ice cream with a touch of brandy. Blend and enjoy!!

i make many cocktails, including baileys and kahlua..i have over 90 seperate bottles of alcohol spirits at my place...to make a bailey type drink i suggest you use malibu ....creme de cacao and single cream...everyone thought it was baileys.i never have attempted to make kahlua as it is readily available but you might try www.kahlua.com
