Nobody could really give an answer to your question as I doubt that this ever would have been recorded. There is a condition called status epilepticus where the patient goes into a continual seizure and to make the definition this had to go on for at least thirty minutes. As without intervention this type of seizure would not terminate in the days prior to recognised medication someone could technically have had a seizure lasting several days before dying from respiratory failure or other complications. Today it would be very unusual for a seizure to last longer than one hour.

I am not sure because I was out for the count, had a brief feeling
of being patched up in hospital and when I came to my senses, I
was tied to a bed three days later only to realise that my flight
had already arrived at my final destination (International) yesterday!
If you have a problem you must never skip your daily pills as
prescribed, you must not drink and know that epileptics tend to
wander after a seizure, appear to be awake but often go back in
time and not aware of who they are. One thing you must learn,
all seizures (grand mal) give you a warning signal, perhaps
dizziness, sleepy or nauseated. When this happens, go to bed
and if you are not at home tell someone who is apparently trustworthy.
If all fails, lie down on a bench or grass and stay
clear of pointed surfaces and concrete. Another hint, always
carry your doctor‘s name and clinic mentioning hospital and
the prescribed medication that you take (this should be written
on the doctor‘s stationery and signed by him) this notification
should also state the International Code for your ailment (CID).
I have had lots of experience and, please do not be shy or
embarrassed telling friends. I have not had a seizure for seven
years. This is for complex seizures. however a partial can become
complex with age. I wish you all the best, cheers Iain

my dad had one last night that started at about 8:45 ish and it went on for 5 hours. D':
the doctors had to put him on the most powerful drug to get him to stop. but the seizure kept going. and going. and going. next thing i was still in the hospital waiting room at two in the morning. it has been more than 24 hours and he is still out cold. i want to say more but probably shouldnt because anything that goes on the internet stays on the internet.

my son is epileptic and i remember the longest seizure he had was 30 minutes even though i gave him his medicine that was suppose to stop it 5 minutes after its start.
So i really think it depends from one person to another.
