I ama senior at high school and weigh 180 pounds and I jog 4 miles for 40 minutes every two days plus a good diet. Am I on the right path?

Yes!! Keep at it. Activity of any type plus a good diet are keys to good physical and mental health. You're doing good.

Sounds good to me. But keep in mind, the fitness experts actually recommend walking. It is because, the running to the point where you run out of breath is not recommeneded for the health.

Other than that, you are on the right track.

Not bad, keep it up and reduce some time. I'm 40 and can do that, and I weight 15 pounds more!
