youll have to try it to see.....also if you want fluffy you could also try carbonated water....i use sprite for a little sweetness and i dont need syrup....the pancakes are fluffy

Im not really sure, but I just use the Krustees mix and cold water, they always turn our nice and fluffy.

I imagine you would use a warmer water. Want fun. Use beer instead of water for High razing pancakes. (-;}

From my experience, apply cold water and time to the mixture.
