The company I work for sponsered an employee through the H2B visa program and has since left the company. Who do I contact to report this person?

Send a letter on company letterhead to the local USCIS office where you filed the application for the H visa, indicating that he voluntarily terminated employment and therefore the company is withdrawing support for his visa.

the fbi the www.uscis.gov why did they leave he could have gotten another job gone to school etc. and still be legal.
