Find someone to talk to. It doesn't necessarily have to be a doctor, maybe a close friend or relative. Get your feelings out you will feel much better. Believe me I've felt like that I don't know how many times. E-mail me if you want to talk. I'll be glad to help if I can.

I have a lot of hate in me, too. My 5 1/2 yr old son recently passed (special needs but born healthy, after 5 years of fighting, lots of diagoses, don't want to go into anymore detail) so I have lots of hate and anger at #1: why did he get sick in the first place , and #2: why him???? Sometimes I feel like I want to just fight, lash out. And I've found that pounding a punching bag can actually help. A lot of anger and agression can be let out and when you're done, you feel a lot calmer and can actually deal with the situation a little more rationally (usually because you're too tired to do anything else). You might not want to seek professional help, but talking to someone (anyone you trust) can help.

I have a lot of hate too. Try to control yourself and seek some help.. Maybe smoke some herb, it calms you down..lol..Don't do anything stupid because jail is not nice..

this is going to sound silly but i had went to a doc. about my issue, i felt the same way about doc. this one is truely great please consider(DR.CHANDLER) but she told me if
possible to get glass plates from yard sale or DAV and
break them in your garage.it dose help. it makes a mess though.
