he spends more time with them than me. what should i say to him?

You should start hanging out with your friends more. Show him that you have less time for him. He may come around, or not. But at least you'll know if you should or shouldn't waste more of your time with him. I am sure that there are plenty of nice guys out there, who'd be appreciative to spend time with a beautiful girl such as yourself. Good luck!

See, I've been in this situation too.
Okay, first off, don't whine or complain too much about the fact that he spends more time with them. Just say "hey, if you get time afterward you can stop by.." or next time he says he'll cook for you say "ya know what, it's really no big deal.." and when you are alone together...say something like "so, you and your boys have been hanging out a lot together lately..." he should notice..

I would say bye. Or talk it out maybe he could spend one night a week with them and the rest with you (that would be great) no just let him know that really bugged you and that you were upset and he needs to make it up.

start doing to him what he does to you hang out with your friends alot put him in 2nd place then when and if you have promised him something after partying with your friends say "I'm tired" and go to bed it will drive him crazy that his not 1st place anymore and in the end you'll be back in 1st place

Let him know that if he want's this relationship to work, he has to be willing to give to it too. Let him know that there are other men out there who would date you, and if he doesn't apprieciate you, there are others who will. My sister went through a similar situation, until her bf found out just how many other guys were waiting for her to be available.

Don't say anything, just stop cooking for him and tell him you are tired when he wants to eat...When he wants to know what is wrong, tell him and make it real clear that you are not going to be 2nd place.
