the ultimate finger food - NACHOS!

lol. simple and almost everyone likes them. if you want to keep it really simple just do this -

get a red pepper, a greeen pepper, and a yellow one (or orange or any other color, doesnt matter really)

i cut the tops off them and get all the seeds out, and then fill them with salsa. i put the hot salsa in the red one, the mild in the green one, and you could put cheese in the orange one. then just put the chips out on a platter and you're done!

theres a million variations of nachos using all different things. different cheeses, colored peppers, onion, garlic... you could put mushrooms if you wanted to, or olives, beans.....

its always a hit and its really easy to do. you could even just put a bunch of dishes with different things and ppl could make their own. then dump the rest into a salad or something.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNCBF

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

You could always go with the famous "Cheese & Crakers" tray. And have pepperoni, keilbasa, or little deli meat squares with it.

My famous finger food recipe is my "Chili Dip" with tortilla chips.

2-3 cans of chili (no beans)
1 brick of Philiadelphia Cream Cheese
-Warm it up and stir cream cheese into chili until well blended
-Melt some shredded cheddar on top (optional)
-Serve warm with tortilla chips

This is a pretty inexpensive dish.
Good luck!

Ham rollups are cheap.
slices of bolied ham ( lunchmeat )
spread with softened cream cheese mixed with a little minced onion, roll up and slice into bite sized pieces.
Or
Mexican cream cheese rollups
large flour tortillas ( I use the kind flavored with cheese and jalapeno )
mix a package of cream cheese with about 1/4 cup mayo
add finely chopped green onion, chopped black olives and a little pickled jalapeno to the cream cheese & mayo mixture spread on tortillas, cut into bite sixed pieces.
With both of these, it is best to let sit in fridge after making to firm up a bit before serving. About 1 hour

Buy 2 or 3 round loaves of bread. Hollow them out, saving the chunks of bread. Place the loaves on a platter, surround them with the chunks of bread and put a tasty homemade dip in the hollowed out bread.

Are you looking for ho'orderves?

For ho'orderves, I'd go with:
Cheese, crackers, and some type of dip

get a block of cheese and cut it into squares, poke a toothpick in there, get some fancy looking crackers, and some dip and put it on a big plate.

Veggie trays are always good and cheap if you buy the stuff and cut it up yourself. Carrots, celery, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes are good.

Cheese trays are good too if you cut them yourself. Just buy a variety of cheese and cut into cubes.

Pickle trays are good as well. Just get a variety of pickles, drain and set them on a plate.
