If you dont address a problem when it occurs you will have bigger problems later. A child learns from his parents, so it is important for both parents to set a good example and also act correctly around their children. It is sad today how many chilren lack good behavior and disapline now a days. You can really only blame the parents for not raising them right. It is hard to bring up a child alone, but there are programs to help parents in need.

Because, when children are left alone, without supervision, they tend to do try things they wouldn't normally get away with. It's a natural behavior...Haven't you ever heard "when the cat's away, the mice will play"? When parents aren't watching, children tend to do things that would normally get them into trouble if a parent WAS paying attention.
