Is it too late to wear the belt? My baby is now 3 months old and my weight has not changed since I had her. I walk from1:00-5:30 (4 days a week) back and fourth with my second job and have cut back on my diet but I'm still at the same 3 digit number. I also nurse is there any chance of loosing the extra pounds.

The belt did not help me at all.
I wore itright form the start.
My mom says it will not help in flattening the stomach but will prevent the muscles form becoming more loose and weak.
Walking will not help u loose the belly either.
I found lifting weights the most effective and it works real quick.
I use just light weight (3lbs dumbells).Make sure to suck in your belly while doing the exercises with weights.
All the best

Eat a salad before every meal. Get the book Cures They Don't Want You To Know About. The same author came out with a weight loss CD. I have tried some of his ideas myself and they work. Doing a colon clensing alone I lost twenty pounds.

Try to be consious of how you're standing and sitting. Try to keep your shoulders back and your abs contracted. That will help suck in your belly and keep your muscles strong. Also try laying on the floor and putting the baby on your chest to do sit-ups. Don't over do it, even a couple here and there will help you out. Good luck!

if you're taking contraceptive pills, it might contribute for not losing your baby weight. the belt is only for tightening your tummy (when you get those flabs after having the baby)... it does not make you lose weight. it also depends on your family history.. if you have relatives or your mom didn't lose that much weight when she had babies, then that's one reason. just keep exercising and not too much chocolates
