i find it quite interesting how many people seem to have presumed that 'suicidee bombers' and terrorist attacks are linked to islam and muslims only. Have you forgetten Northern Ireland already? I think some of you people who have written some comments on islam need to look up your facts and learn a bit about islam, because there is a lot more to it than you think, and ive certainly read some very ignorant remarks on this page. Certainly the kind of things written on this page are not likely to promote good relations between communities or to solve the current situation... if you are one of the people who wrote something like that about islam and muslims i suggest you ask yourself whether you answered this question in order to participate in some healthy discussion on a solution to the worlds problems with terrorism, or just to let out some pent up anger... or gain points. And then wake up to the world, peoples feelings and your responsibililty as one of these 'citizens of the globe' i was always being taught about in school. Im not saying you cant say these things about islam, im very pro free speech and all that, but at least say stuff you can back up with fact ok?

We will never stop suicide bombers and terrorist attacks, as these people are fighting for a cause.
Our country is still great despite what other people think. I was born here, my parents came from the Caribbean back in the early 60's and i am grateful to our government for giving my parents a chance. My parents have worked all their lives in this country, and make a contribution with their taxes.

Most terrorism is conducted by the secret services, primarily CIA/MI6/Mossad/ISI, who between them are responsible for 9/11, 7/7, Madrid train bombing, Bali bombing, Mumbai train bombing, Lockerbie air disaster, and loads more.

What the war on terrorism is all about is to keep the people frightened enough so that they give up their freedoms in exchange for ill-perceived security.

Whilst many of the suicide bombings are set-ups as outlined above, there is an icrease in suicide bombings as aresult of the use of Depleted Uranium weapons.

We don't really have a say in how this country is run , it does not matter who gets into government they will do exactly what they want , you will never rid this country or any other country of lunatics( suicide bombers/terrorists) , the world has gone mad!!!

Suicide bombers can't be stopped unless you destroy the organization which sends them. We have done the opposite. Through stupidity and ignorance we have made the situation worse, and there may now be NO solution. During the second world war we had suicide bombers from Japan. Only the end of the war stopped them.

Crime is a direct product of poverty.

If America would stop waging war and imposing sanctions against 3rd world nations, and stop desiring to bomb countries, back into the stone age, as Richard Armitage has said, and start trying to help those in extreme poverty, and if Israel would follow suit, this sort of criminal activity would be greatly reduced. America would, once again, be loved by the World Community, and we would be 100% safer.

As it is now, under Bush, I wake up every morning expecting to be bombed by one of the nations he has enraged.
