theres no easy answer. A lot of people (guys and girls) really only want what they cant have, so by making yourself too available to this guy, you could make him lose interest before hes interested in you. On the other hand, if he doesnt know you exist, then he cant possibly know that you like him, and therefore cant do anything about it. I dont know how old you are or where you live so I dont know what customs you may uphold, however Id say to just take a chance and try striking up a conversation with him. Not with any motives other than to let him know you are an actual person. Thats the first step. Then once youve talked to him once, talk to him again.. and again.. then invite him to join you for lunch or a coffee, find out what hes interested in doing in his spare time, if you have common interests, perhaps suggest enjoying an activity together. Most importantly tho, get to know him before letting him know about your feelings because after getting to know him, you may not feel the same way. Good Luck.
p.s. i know its hard to just go up and talk to someone, especially if that someone is a hot guy, but you really have nothing to lose and he might admire you for being so forward and self confident. Those are things that guys like in a girl.

If a guy doesn't notice you then its time to pick a new guy to like. If he was going to notice you he would have. No point in liking someone that doesn't like you.

well i guess i'd try to be noticed by him or just walk up to him and say hey i like you or even ask how is day is going. and just start talking to him and try and be friends or ask him if he wants to hang out with you on a saturday night like to watch a movie or go out for something to eat!

Find the opportunity to do something nice for him. He will notice you and think good of you (if he's a decent, reasonable person).

talk to him at first , then flirt a little, if nothing then add some touching to your flirting, nothing tips a guy off like a good feel up! just remember that guys are dumb and somewhat dull so what could be flirting to you could be idle chat to him so sometimes you gotta kik it up a notch BAM!

Find out what interests he has like hobbies and just be yourself go up and start talking about the interst.

if it is someone who works with you, when he is not looking drop a few post its around his desk with hints.
if it is someone who you like outside the office, get your girlfriends to find out about him for you.
one thing, if there is someone in his life, this might be the reason why he is not paying you any mind.
