Hello,
i ahve had two children and noted this after giving birth, imagine it,s two o,clock on a maternity ward..sound like loads of cats are crying..they cry in sympathy, and infact they speak the same language to each other. They also comunicate with thier hands, telling you when they want more milk, and there the "moro"response which tell you they are afraid. My daughter used to make a fist and wake me up by gently "nudging"my boob for milk.

Thats their way of communication, usually they are wet, hungry, need to be burped or have gas, or maybe just want to hear themselves. They are the most intellegent form of life in my personal opinon.

They are talking to each other. That's the only way they have to communicate.

Because they haven't learnt how to talk yet !!!
They are probably telling each other to shut up...
