Oh yes but it would be a good idea to sew up the holes. Either that or you could buy new ones then they won't be holy. As far as there being a holy Mormon state. That is another story.

Who says that Utah is a "holy Mormon State"? I don't recall learning that in my U.S. history class.
And...I don't recall seeing a changing station on the border lines of Utah where all Mormons are changing in or out of their underwear as they travel across state lines.

This is in some way a silly question because if you got them in Utah, they would be holy wherever you went with them unless you descrated them.
It is not so silly a question because it does not make sense that when the Bible says to look to Jesus for salvation, Mormons look to works, wearing underwear etc.
