Ok, if God is so perfect, then why would he create men and women so different that we could not understand each other. Think about the main complaint from both men and women. Men complain that women are too emotional and they never understand how women feel or what they are thinking. The main complaint with women is that men are not caring and they could never understand how the women are feeling. So if God is so perfect how come he made us all so different? Why not make us more compatible so we could get along better?

To Morgan: Thank you for your insightful answer. No, I don't need you to answer more questions. I grew up in church and probably know more about what the Bible says than anyone around me. However, as I grew up and saw more what church was about and began questioning more and more what was really meant by the sayings and scriptures in the Bible, I learned that there was more to life than churches and God. Do I believe in God? I'm not sure. Do I question God? You bet your *** I do.

You see, I started asking questions to the "elders" in my church to find out what certain things in the Bible meant. The only answers I really got was that we were not to question God. Fine then. That tells me that you don't know squat. If I'm not supposed to ask questions about things in the Bible, then how in hell am I supposed to learn what the Bible means? Oh you have to read, meditate, and pray and God will show you the truth. That tells me that the truth is whatever I take it to be. That is not God.

That is man. Man always screws everything up. I did not ask this question because I wanted an answer. I knew I would get a variety of answers. I asked this question to see how many other people believed as I did. I know there are a lot of Christians in this world. As well as a lot of other religions.

There are many other religion questions I could ask. I love answering them as well. They are indeed my favorite questions to answer. But I never have quoted scripture in any of my answers simply because the Bible is nothing more than a book that is written by man. It is not science. None of it has been proven. It is all theory. As a matter of a fact, scientists have tried to prove things and could not. So God is expecting us to take everything by faith.

And to the person that said I was not happy. I am very happy in my life. I love my life and live it to the fullest. My husband and I get along great and love spending time together. But I thank you and everyone else for all answers.

God created men and women to compliment one another. As a pair, we balance out each others strengths and weaknesses. It was we humans who, by sinning, ruined the balance. We use the excuses of not understanding one another and incompatibility to justify following our sin nature through divorce, infidelity, and "wars of the sexes".

Funnily adequate, I've most likely inspiration that if God does exist, that he'd gift the atheists such a lot of concerned about significant inspiration and truthfully taking a moment to impeach the ideals that a massive percent of the sector populace believes. Perhaps he encourages technological know-how, however folks have misinterpreted him?? This is not particularly an reply, however oh good.

I need to address previous answers: someone said do not question God-i disagree Question him, Job did, as well as others when God asked them to take a leap of faith and go against the grain-question Him, and he will help you understand. Question him, but know He is almighty, all powerful, and always right always perfect. Also, don't think that when people talk about God's plan, that His plan revolves around us, it doesn't. His plan is greater than humans could imagine or understand; it is intricate and complicated but glorious in God's time. Bad things do happen, and that is why we need God-He gives us free will; bad things happen to good people, a lot of Christians because He knows them, and knows they can handle it because they lean on God's understanding and not their own.

God perfectly created men and women with the characteristics he wanted them to have. Men represent being providers, protectors, and warriors- men the representatives of those attributes of God. Woman alternatively are emotional, loving, nurturing esp. to children, and have a need to be loved and- again, women are the representatives of above mentioned attributes of God. "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." (Gensis 1:27)
As Christians, (and only someone who truly knows God can understand to the depth that they try to emphasize these attributes) we are supposed to be Jesus (whom is fully God) to other people, believers and non-believers, and we should strive to fulfill our God-given roles. That is why men should be strong and decisive and protecting and willing to fight for those who can't fight for themselves. That is why women should do their best to care for others, nurture and encourage others and show their emotions and need for love-God wants our love also. Women represent God's beauty and men represent his strength. What about the bad characteristics of men and women, you may ask? Sin. Every single man and woman are born with a sinful nature-this is more that just doing "bad" things, it's how we inherently act, our motives and selfish desires. These do NOT represent any characteristics of God, after all, He is perfect. He cannot let ANY sin into his Kingdom, which is why he sent his son as our atoning sacrifice; he paid the debt so we didn't have to. If men and women would first love God, and learn his will for our lives, they would soon realize fulfilling the roles He gave us would make us more comfortable with ourselves, it would please him, and relationships between men and women would work as planned by our Creator. Hope that helps, I would LOVE to answer more questions.

Actually if you would look to God for your mate, then you wouldn't have these problems. "What God has joined together, let no man pull asunder". It wont happen. I for one, don't want anyone exactly like me. You're making this far too complex. Like someone else said, there are more important things going on in the world right now. Look at that!

Q. How do we learn?
A. We learn through pain.

You want strong muscles? You lift heavy weights.
If everyone were compatable what would we learn? Nothing.

Our sometimes maddening differences create opportunities for all of us to grow. And THAT's what we were put on this earth to do -- Grow!

So lift those weights, and get counseling if you need it. But keep on trying to grow.

I think it's a good thing many people feel that opposites attract if that be true perhaps it is his design for the differences to be an attraction and I know it is his design that the two should become one and thus we are complete. So perhaps we complete each other.

Then how and when would you learn to be humble? How and when would you learn humility? How and when would you learn unconditional love? How and when would you learn forgiveness? How and when would you learn tolerance?

Hopefully, you get the picture, I could go on and on, but this, I would think, should give you an idea of why.

i say he is pretty smart and full of wisdom that he knew we needed to learn from one another!

We can understand each other wonderfully, if we will only take the time to do so. It actually takes some effort on our part. Maybe thats why we are the way we are.... so that we would not take it for granted.. that we would have to put effort in our relationships so that we would truly appreciate them. :)

Dude, there are far bigger problems in the world. How about, if God is so perfect, or better yet, if there IS a God who actually has a hand in what happens on Earth, then why are people dying senseless, violent deaths every day?
