I originally had Windows 98 on my computer, but I have installed Windows XP 3 times, now I want to unistall 2 of them. I have just now installed Windows XP for the third time, and when I opened control panel to Uninstall XP, I found nothing there, Nothing! Plz tell me how to uninstall it.

format the machine compeletely and than install whatever yoy want

I assume the 3 XP were not installed on the same drive (partition).
Otherwise the setup would overwrite the previous XP installed.
If that is so, you would end up with only one XP now.
the other 2 have been overwritten.
If you have 3 xp on 3 different partition, you can format 2 of the partitions..the 2 that doesn't have the XP you want.
Check it out here
1) Right Click on My Computer
2) Manage
3) under STORAGE -->Disk Management
4) See if indeed you have additional partition.
5) If you have, right click on the extra partitions and format.

ok put in the windows xp cd, in the drive close off the menu that opens then restart the pc the pc will boot up from the windows xp .cd then you will have 3 options 2 format and 1 leave everything as it is go for the frist option format the hard drive ,ntfc
then the pc will format the hard drive & you can set up windows xp from there

re-format the HDD and perform a clean install of the OS.

Sounds like you might be better of reformatting your hd and starting again
