Are you working out too? I do an hour of cardio and really sweat alot and I drink just about 2 liters a day of water and I do not feel bloated. I actually feel like I am really thirsty at the end of the day. R U using the bathroom alot too if you're drinking that much? Maybe you're body isn't getting rid or the water like it should be. Sorry if this didn't help much. Oh, and there is a time when you can actually drink to much water, but I'm not sure how much that is, but I think it's only if you're body is not getting rid or the water you're drinking then it isn't good. If that makes any sense, but that's just what I've heard, I don't know how true that is.

It'll will take a few days of drinking 2 to 3 litres a day for your body to perfect the water balance in your body and stop you feeling bloated, so just stick with it and you'll soon notice a difference.
If you need any more help, let me know and I can try to help.

I am drinking alot too, and feel bloated. I have started to work this off by walking and other physical activites. Sweating can help remove excess fliud from the body.
Also if you are not going to the toliet often this could, be the reason you may be bloated. If so see the doctor for advice.

2 litres is a guidline, i drink 4 litres but then i do body building.
if you trying to lose weigth two litres is suggested to help you feel full or 'bloated ' to stop you eating so much.
try drinking 1.5 litres, and have some fruit juices with your breakfast instead of water.

Drink it slowly over the day instead of alll in the last few hours. In the morning have a glass of boiled water with a slice of lemon.

If you only just recently up'd your water intake, it will take a while for your body to adjust. Give it a little time and try sipping regularly rather than gulping lots at once.

3 Litres a day but spread it out ....
if you feel bloated is it because you are starving yourself on a diet (diets don't work) change your attitude to food
.... its not your friend or solace when you feel down
