Girls love to talk about themselves. They love a good listener and just enough affection to keep them from feeling suffocated. The first conversation always seems like an interrogation but it helps to get to know them better and determines the interest levels on both sides.
I suggest asking questions that require more than just a yes or no answer. Be yourself more importantly and just talk to her like you would normally talk to anyone else except with more interest directed towards her since you find something about her appealing anyway. Tell each other stories, some past experiences, how life is for the both of you at this present time, goals, wut you look for in relationships, all the things that you wanna ask that come to mind, just ask and tell. Try not to aviod the sex subject so much because it's always good to keep an open mind and it shows some level of maturity depending on the scenario. Just consider when to ask personal questions. AND please make eye contact. So far, is she atrractive? Is this long-term? Short-term, just fooling around? friendship? If theres no "click" or you feel like you have to be someone else to please her then screw it and move on to the next little lamb in the herd. Lol..Being comfortable in your own skin is alot better than faking it. And do take part in talking about yourself as well at times because she probably is just as nervous as you are. You'll know that you guys have a lot in common and really like each other when the time has passed right by you and you still wanna keep each other company. Good Luck! Hope I helped!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

You just need to find a mutual ground, something you are both interested in. If you like the girl for more than her outside apperance it should not be too hard but if you are with her stricly for looks I can see where there would be a problem, Start small, find out her likes, dislikes-open up about yours because chances are she will be worried about making conversation as well.

Don't talk too much about yourself. Express interest in her life. Ask her about her work, her family, her interests.....etc.....
You know what though..? Once you find the right woman for you, the conversation won't need to be staged, it will just come naturally. Don't try too hard, we woman pick up on that and it is a turn off. Just be yourself. Be confident and secure with who you are, and go for it. Good luck

ask open ended questions. Instead of saying- do you like classical music- say what kind of music do you like. Which bands are your favorites - etc... avoid yes/no questions. They are conversation killers.
Good open ended questions/statements.
What kind of music do you like?
What's the most fun you have ever had?
Tell me something about yourself that most people might find surprising.

Women love to talk. Women especially love to talk about themselves. Just ask questions about her and you'll be alright.
What do you like to do for fun?
What is your family like? Brothers and Sisters?
Who are your closest friends?
etc.
