Rubbing alcohol, desolves ink quickly.

I go to a voke school and have to run printing presses a lot so I am forever getting covered in ink. Aersol hairspray works the best. Don't dry the item after washing it until you know that it has come out as heat sets stains in (also wash with cold water). Good Luck!

Yeah, hairspray...spray it on as soon as you can, then wash.
