My Office 2003 disk seems to be corrupted and these two files cannot be read. If you know where I can download them or even better, send them to me smoberly@btinternet.com, I would be so so grateful as I am suppoed to get a charity mailshot out tonight with a new computer that I can't install office on. Grrr!

Problems like this can occur if your CD is dirty. If you haven't done so already, try cleaning the CD with a soft cloth. Thats not meant to be a flippant answer - it really does make a difference!

Additionally sometimes it is possible to copy the files off the CD onto the hard drive and then use the copies on the hard drive for the install.

If you still don't have any luck, just try searching on google for the two files names you have mentioned. You'll get plenty of hits!
