record him ASAP. detect a fashion to do it. the most difficulty-free way is to record what you said to the authorities. Telling them who you're, the position you stay and how you understand it got here about receives some action going. the most likely challenge which will ensue is they're going to come out and examine with him. For this, you call the non-emergency volume. there is yet differently to anonymously tip the Police off yet in the present day of cutbacks and decreased police forces, they could no longer are available any respect, particularly because they don't have any way of understanding that you aren't any further very few loopy individual making it up. that is the We Tip line, that you will be able to likely locate in the phone listing, or through listing information (dial 411). The worst issues that would want to ensue is that the canines might want to correctly be rehomed with new households and/or taken in through a puppy rescue. Then he can not in any respect damage both canines again. in case you do no longer some thing, he will proceed on as he's, likely hurting or maybe killing both or both canines and probably your mom, too. i think that your mom is petrified of him. in the different case, she might want to have kicked his butt out a lengthy time period in the past. he's a poor social gathering to have round little ones and he's breaking the anti-cruelty regulations. He can be hitting your mom or threatening her once you aren't any further round, have you ever spoken to her about this? Does your mom have an section she will bypass to, to get faraway from him? both her relations or a women individuals's safeguard? If he has hit her, she will have him arrested, also. You all favor to get faraway from this guy. because he's not operating, throw the bum out! replace the locks.

Is your step dad a cry baby or is he mean, manipulative? Don't beat the crap out of him. Not the answer. If you can not stand him, distance yourself from him. Sounds hard to do, but I have become the master at that. Have not said 2 words to my step dad in 4 years. But I don't live with him either.
Good luck.

I agree with TiffanyK , unless your mother is physically and emotionally abused by this new man, you as the good son that you are should protect her.
But if he just annoys you then grow up and foggetaboutiit (italian slang. lol) dont do something stupid out of something stupid.

If he is kind and respectful to Mom, then you should be grateful that she has someone who cares for her.
Just avoid him and if you are 18 or older, MOVE OUT!
