Dont mix your carbs.....If I have bread (sandwich for lunch) i have say cheese on toast for tea.
If i have Tuna Pasta salad at lunch...i have spag bol for tea.
If i have chips for lunch, i have jacket potatoe for tea.....dont have bread, potatoes or pasta in the same day.
Cut out on sugary things....my downfall was strawberry or lemon water.....just have plain water, no Haribos....that was my other naughty but nice treat......I have not done any extra excercise to date, but now I want to shift my last stone, im gonna exercise and eat sensibly.....thats the only way really.

You wont like this answer but it's true so I'll say it anyway...

If you are overweight then it is because your total calorie intake (what you eat) is MORE than your calorie expenditure (exercise).

Answer - Eat less/smaller portions (you wont die or become ill) and continue with regular exercise. Good luck anyway.

Usual answer really, lots of exercise, healthy diet (cut out the cr*ap and up the fruit and veg), and lots of water, helps keep the system healthy

if you exercise you will definately lose weight quicker. cutting out carbohydrates (bread,pasta,cereal,crisps) will make you lose weight very quick too.... have a nice holiday

i make some really great soups that are so filling, make a few, freeze the portions and have a bowl for lunch easy! pea soup is my favourite!!!!!!!!
