i have been working out for about 2 months or so. i have lost about 15lbs. total but i don't see any kind of results in my abs and my butt. I would like to see if anybody can give me some advice on what to do to see some results, beside the usual curunches and squats. i would like to have a nice firm hard butt and abs. oh! i do about 200 sit-up and about 120 leg squats with weights, this is about 3 times a week. so if anybody knows any work outs that are more effective i would realy appreciate it. thanks!

do u run??
it might sound silly, but running is a good to lose weight..
if you work out with weights 3 timesxweek, you should try to do some cardio work-outs in your free days(2 times x week)...
do u have any kind of a diet??
not a starving diet....a healthy one...
if you really want to see results you have to start watching what you eat..
im not talking about watching every calorie that you consume...
for ex.
if you go out instead of a coke, just ask for water...
things like that..
and like Dave B. said
it usually takes around 6 months to see results....
Good Luck!!!

you could attempt some excellent leg will boost. purchase a pull-up bar the entrance form or everywhere were you could carry from effectively. With an lower than hand grip that's necessary. because in case you take advantage of an lower than hand grip this may stretch your abs better than the over hand grip. As you carry convey your leg in the route of your chest as quickly as you could. right here the trick do no longer enable your legs to go back down right away. you need to do some time as conceivable. strong success!
