what is the best way to get rid of heat bumps?

I use Aqueous cream, cheaper than E45, cools them down. Buy it from the chemist. A big tub is no more than 3 quid. Slap it on when you itch. In the meantime, ice cubes or a bag of frozen peas will bring relief.
