And then don't understand when we GO OFF on them?

People never understand when we go off on them. Anger seems to be taboo no matter how reasonable. Its like a game and some people seem to catch on and play it alot better than others to conceal your anger. But those gut reactions I believe now they are like road signs on the highway of life and if you ignore them you could get yourself in too deep with the ways of the people who caused you to feel anger and be sorry you ignored your bad reactions to these people. I was always nice to my family although I wondered about alot of the things they were doing to me until finally I got completely screwed up by them, and I was left wondering why did I put on a nice act when alot of the times I was really angry at the things they were doing? I shouldn`t have just put on an act I should have respected my feelings because they would have guided me to a better place if I had respected them and handled them with self control. Everything was not alright and my nice facade made a fool out of me in the end.

People often do not realize the effects they have on others. Sometimes they are totally unaware of their facial expressions or grunts! Perhaps you should point out your displeasure to these people when you are not angry with them! They may be more receptive to your point of view.

yeah some people are very oblivious. i had a boyfreind like that. they dont care what other people think. lol but yeah let out your frustration and then move on.
