i assume you mean your computer is really slow starting up? click start->run and type in msconfig. this will bring up startup utilities. i forget what the tab is labeled, but there is one that lists all the programs that startup automatically once your computer first boots up. the less programs you have checked in this list, the faster your computer will boot up. also, make sure you hard drive isn't almost full. clean up some stuff and you should be good to go.

They were asking about modifying the operating system selection menu during startup, this was asked again by the same user in another question, it was answered there.

click start then run, type "msconfig", and disabe unuse startup programs and also run "services.msc" in the run again, and disable also unused services

follow tip at your own risk! if you dont know what your doing ask someone who know, or you'll end up screwing your pc
