college-life got the best of me last night, whoops. ...was curious more about heartrate, blood pressure, nose, etc. Pupils are fine, no "crazy-jaw" present. I could use answers in place of the sarcasm / labeling. Bad choice on my part, yes. I do remember why I only did coke once in high school.

Yes! You're doctor should know about any drugs you use legal or illegally. They won't do anything but lecture you about how bad it is and recommend rehab. It's actually a good idea to let him or her know you use recreational drugs... just incase you're ever prescribe any contradicting medications.

Depend. I can usually tell when someone's on coke. Their jaws knaw and their eyes are really bucked. Your doctor will probably be able to tell, but you can always deny it.
You need to stop that crap, though. It's a downward spiral.
