I often struggle with aches in my eyes. I went to get checked on my eyes, and they said my eyes are dry. I don't think thats the reason. Can you give me advice?

If your eyes are not properly lubricated it will cause aches. Try using eye drops like HypoTears or other tear replacement type drops.

Why would you doubt someone who went to school for at least 6 years to learn about eyes?? If you are not straining them, by reading with little light, or some other way, then dry eye is a fairly common thing...

i had this problem and both my optician and doctor said i had dry eyes and i was to buy some drops for this, over the counter at the chemist.(mine were under £2). i didn't think this would work but it really does if used daily, or until they feel better.

There are drops to moisten eyes and ointments to use at night. Usually dry eyes is related to a chronic blepharitis.

I am an optometric tech it is possible your eyes are having migraines this does not mean your head hurts when this happens it can also do it if you have a bad astigmatism

better visit an eye specialist, in the meantime try putting slices of cucumber on them for some time

moisten a chamomile tea bag and place it on your eye and let it sit. It should help soothe it
