He'd get the ship into a lot of trouble. I mean you wouldn't even let a man from 2000 years ago drive your car would you? He wouldn't know what the heck he was doing. Put that kind of primitive guy in charge of a starship and all hell is gonna break loose.

Jesus would undoubtedly fulfill the 'Prime Directive', in some mysterious way that would have the fleet debating for another two thousand years.
Di-Lithium crystals would be made the third sacrament.
The Forengi would acquire the 'holy spirit', and the price of indulgences would skyrocket (punny).
Jesus would resurrect the fallen security guards, that died on away missions.
Spock would carry his Captains Message to the Klingon Empire, and a Dragon would be seen in the Gamma quadrant...

The Tardis is far less bulky than the corporation. you are able to land the Tardis fantastically everywhere, even in direction of Cardiff. people would stare, and intensely practically truthfully whinge, in case you probably did that with the corporation.

I can just imagine the conversations between Jesus and Mr. Spock. I'd probably blow my brains out too.
