well that does limit things a little,..lol !!
Why not just spend an evening with him alone, maybe a nice dinner and some snuggling afterwards. you can show him a good time without the money or the sex,...just think about what he enjoys....then use your imagination. good luck....

a picnic with food cooked especially by you, a cheap bottle of wine, you dont even have to go out, just set the mood, roamntic music and walla!!! be careful though, all this romance could lead to the bedroom.. and stay away from strawberries and cream.
