mrodrx has the basics.
The item to add is that the excretion is a physical process by which a drug or a metabolite is eliminated from the body without further chemical change. The excretion can be renal (through the urine) or biliary (ending up in the feces).
Most drugs are metabolized or chemically altered in the liver. This usually happens in two phases (break down into smaller pieces and then altered for additional polarity).
Elimination is the sum of the processes of drug loss (metabolism and excretion) from the body. The amount of elimination is usually followed by measuring the blood or serum drug levels.

I believe that excretion is the removal of the drug from the body, such as unused in the feces.
But elimination referrs to the removal of the drug from the blood. Usally a drugs concentration increases after the dose, reaches a maximum, and then declines in a first order decrese.

Excretion pertains to the drug physically leaving the body in its unmetabolized form.
Elimination pertains to any way way in which the drug goes away. This can mean either excretion or metabolism
Elimination = Excretion + Metabolism
