People, People!!! The good Bible says in one of its verses in some chapter in the New Testament "and Jesus said, who has no sin, cast the first stone" Hello there, anyone with me!!!
All answers have acted as "Judge & Jury" in this matter and all because " A lady has sinned" against who? "A MAN"!!!!!
I tell you if the roles had bn reversed and it was the man cheating, am sure most would have said it was normal and taken it as that!!! But naaaaaa, its a WOMAN!!!
My dear CEO, just take the gentleman's advice of not doing it with the junior staff and get laid somewhere else outside the office!! As for telling your hubby, FORGET it as am sure being a man, he's cheated at one time or another!!! Go ahead gal and enjoy while you can BUT be careful!!!

as you can see in your life nothing seems to be so clear in this moment: you have to take your time to think freely about what you really want from your life and from your husband.. and from your secretary too..
heart's matters have to be taken seriously.. if not someone will be hurted for sure.. I think that you're not so young.. you have to live while taking your own responsibilities..
think and then act and be sure about what you want: in this way our world would probably go in a better direction..
don't make something bad to other people.. especially to the people that loves you.. I think that this is the most important thing to do in life.. don't make to other people the things you don't want to have from other people.. it's logic:remember this!!
give love but be honest: it's important!

Don't say anything. What he don't know won't hurt him. But obviously you have feelings for your secretary because you said made love to your secretary. You shouldn't lead someone on. How would you like it done to you? If you have strong feelings lingering in the air for your secretary, then you need to chose.

If you love him and want to stay married to him, tell him nothing. Sometimes honesty is NOT the best policy. If this was just a one time moment of weakness, it's better that noone knows about it. Now if this keeps happening, that's another story.

Why do you have to tell him anything? If you are sorry and don't plan on ever doing it again, then let it go. Otherwise just come out and tell him. There's no easy way of breaking that kind of news to anyone.

u will survive, a nice nickname. who saw when you make love to ur secretary keep it to urself. because if u tell your husband it can lead to divorce, mistrust and confusion all the time. secondly he can chose to forgive u or not.

Tell him, and ask him if he wants to join next time you do it... Will you had to of cheated on him with a WOMEN and not a MAN for him to forgive you... So, PLEASE PROVIDE MORE MORE DETAILS....People when are you going to get to provide for details? It would help to know if your secretary was male or female.....but if female I would say he'll want you to do it again where he can watch. If it was a male, then you are probably in deep doo-doo.
