This totally depends on how the man is looking. If he is leering or lecherous, then yes, that would give a girl the creeps. If he is just glancing in an appreciative manner, then no, I would just appreciate the attention. If there was a group of men involved, then it would definitely be unwelcome and very threatening, I would fear for my safety. So do with that information what you will, the key is does your look make me feel threatened or unsafe.
And BTW, I AM NOT interested in looking at your "package." That is a phenomena reserved almost exclusively to the male of the species. Women usually find it vulgar, as do I. And another thing, the size of your "package" has little to do with the size of your "package" when it really matters, and we women know this, therefore, who cares what it looks like, what it DOES in private moments is the real test, and that most definitely cannot be decided by looking.

No, not offended that men will look at me and like what they see.
I'm "woman" and I'm proud of my body and the way that I present myself. It's (in most cases) simply a compliment.
However, there's a time and place for everything, and I'm NOT impressed by a man who's tongue is hanging out, like a thirsty dog........just because I've walked by.

I would either like what I saw... or it would cause me to immediately think of someone elses "imprint" on His jeans...(therefore) because of yours.... someone else would end up getting lucky!

I would take it as a compliment-im not too bothered either way as i have had alot of men do that in all honesty! I think its natural, and women do it just as much to men (and women!) whether they will readily admit it or not ;)
Unless its staring and dribbling, (LOL) at a person, i dont see the harm. I wouldnt stare if i thought it was making someone uncomfortable though.
Otherwise why not!

You are the same guy who is concerned with a six pack. I think your head is in the gutter today, it's all about bodies today, nothing wrong with it, just a conclusion I had.
To get to your question: Depends, some guys can look in a way that is flattering, others (nasty, old, and perverted) can look in away that makes women feel gross or a feeling of being undressed right then and there. I guess it is all in the way you do it! Don't over do it!

women are so two faced. Could you imagined how many women would want to look or touch if men walked around with their package hanging out and only the tip covered and an extension on it to make it look bigger. If women are going to dress to flaunt their assets they better be prepared to get what comes with it.

depends on a number of things
1, how old he is - no one wants an old dirty perve checking them out
2, what he says as well - if he makes some awful cheesy chat up line its not good, also blowing kisses, and trying to put on seductive faces dont work.
3, Also, annoyingly it depends on how the girl is feeling! Which is something you will never know! If she is feeling flirty she will like a compliment, if she has just started her period and been dumped by her boyfriend she may want to kill you!!!

I get disgusted when men gawk at me. I don't mind them looking ... just don't make a production out of it. Most women I know wouldn't give a man that did that the time of day because they know that if they were with him he would be gawking at other women. It really is disrespectful. The only women I know that would like that are the ones that have low self-esteem.

it doesn't bother me cuz i know they're gonna look anywayz what woman doesn't know that i mean seriously i don't see why other women get so offended about it expecially when they dress to show off! lol i know i'm a woman too but it really doesn't bother me at all that's just my opinion
