I would bet Walmart. I'm in Savannah, and they sell it in ours. Not sure on the distribution of Blue Moon, but as another poster said, it's a Coors product so it should be widely available. Though not a "psuedoweisse" It's a Wit style. And honestly, somebody mentioned Celis White and Hoegaarden, if you can drop the coin, these are the quintessential wit's. Peter Celis used to be the head brewer at Hoegaarden before he emigrated to the US and opened Celis Brewing. However, be warned, Celis sold out to one of the big 3 and it's flavor has adjusted to the masses some.

When we moved from Iowa to Texas, they did not sell it here. One day at the store I noticed it and was so happy. They said they are getting the pumpkin ale soon. I cant wait.
My best suggestion is to ask the store you go to the most often. There has to be a demand for it before the order it.
Celis White is similar to Blue Moon, if you can find it. Hoegaarden is also very similar. That is an import though. They tided me over till I got my blue moon.

Wow, thats sad, Blue Moon is a good beer. Best bet is to find the largest beverage warehouse in the area, or possibly look it up onlineit may tell you who the local distributers are. You may also want to check with the local bars that claim to have a large selection of beers on tap.

I believe you could find it in a Super Market, it's sold in 12 packs here in NYS. Try your local food markets/stores. Otherwise you may have to go to a bar and get it off the tap. This stuff is awesome, it's a "belgian white" beer, has high alcohol %, like 7-8%, tastes like oranges to me.
