call her any sweet name you want i don't know about darling though because she calls her pet that call her baby, babydoll, my love anything because i know it makes a girls(like mine) heart melt when you come up w/ cute nick names like that!

I'll call both the dog and the spouse sweetie but the nickname "poo-poo" is for the dog alone.

o ho ho.. I am in love with my dog too and I call him "my love" (but also my bad smelling dear, my little one, my little love..) without offending my partner.. he loves me and he loves my dog too.. so don't think too much about the name you choose to call her: choose the one you prefer every time you want to..
and be sure to love her dog too: she will appreciate it a lot!
you have to use your fantasy to find beautiful names for your girl..
and as you know her better than us it's you that have to choose the best name for her.. (everything that is tender, sweet&lovely can be use)

You call her whatever makes you comfortable to call her. 'Baby' always works. Ive always felt that 'darling' or honey' are for old married couples'.

it depends on how he say it. what is pet. means something dat you love and you always love to see it around you. respond to him nicely.
