You don't seem to be very old and children should always respect there parents
I would like to know why your mum had to shout at you.
I know mum's don't always get it right but being a mum is the hardest job in the land, go on!!!!! give your mum a big hug.
Oh do you know that you are the most precious thing to your mum, and mum's and children say things they don't mean every day i hope you make up with your mum take care of yourself................

I don't know if I can help, but I'd move in with someone else.
If she's calling you rubbish and saying you aren't worth anything, or whatever, then you'll start thinking that and then you'll feel really down and start acting that you aren't worth anything, etc. Move out, or if you can't call someone on her if it gets too upsetting.
Just remember, you aren't any of the things she says. You are worth something to someone. Friends and other members of the family. People need you. Hope it helps!
And don't listen to st_evenuk. You aren't ungrateful and you certainly aren't a cow. Since when have cows been able to type? Your mum's using you as a punchbag (not literally, but you know what I mean). Hang in there.

It is horrible for you to be in this situation, yur mother is using you as a punchbag to vent all her anger onto, but you don't need to stand for it. You could talk to a teacher or a councellor?
And the person with the first comment who called this girl an ungrateful cow you disgust me, you really do.
Dont' listen to people like that, stay strong, be good, be brave.

Seems like your mother is a toxic person to be around. You know toxic people can literally affect your health- physically, mentally, emotionally? Your mother isn't going to change. Unfortunately, we can't change people. Only YOU can change! I would recommend not living with your mother anymore. Move in with someone else. A relative or a friend of yours who doesn't drain your energy. You will feel healthier this way.
